Event Conditions of Entry

The following are the Conditions of Entry to UoN Services Limited Events.

Patrons are not permitted to bring the following items into UoN Services Limited:

• Alcoholic refreshments;
• Illicit drugs;
• Glass bottles or breakable containers;
• Offensive weapons, including potential missiles;
• Metal containers;
• Skateboards, scooters, roller blades or bicycles;
• Dogs or other pets (the exception will be for medical and Police requirements);
• Any item, which as deemed by UoN Services Limited, can cause public nuisance or offence to any patron or staff member.

In caring for patron safety we reserve the right to refuse entry to people who are intoxicated and/or disorderly.

In caring for patron safety we reserve the right to eject people who are intoxicated and/or disorderly.

No alcohol can be taken from the UoN Services Limited premises.

All patrons’ movements upon entering UoN Services Limited premises will be subject to monitoring by Security staff.

Patrons choosing to leave valuables unattended on the premises do so at their own risk.

Only one pass out will be permitted per patron.

All patrons may be subject to bag searches before entering the venue.

Smoking is not permitted in the Bar on the Hill, nor within 3 metres from the exterior of all buildings.

Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas: Carpark No 14; and The Lawn. For assistance locating these areas, please ask a member of staff.

All patrons acknowledge they are admitted to the event at their own risk.

All patrons acknowledge they are required to take appropriate care for their hydration.

All patrons acknowledge that their photograph may be taken at the event for UoN Services Limited marketing purposes.

UoN Services Limited shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the patron or caused by any act or omissions of UoN Services Limited.
