Residential Assistants
Residential Assistants (RAs) are returning residents who have lived in on-campus accommodation for at least one year and are employed by ResLife to provide essential support to College residents. Each College has a team of RAs, lead by a Residential Coordinator, that organise a variety of events as part of the ResLife Program which promotes the safety and happiness of all residents.
The role of RAs differ slightly per College, however all RAs have responsibilities that include duty shifts, where they address issues such as lock-outs, writing weekly reports and ensuring that the College facilities are respected by the residents.
As a College resident you are expected to attend compulsory meetings which are run by your RA. They are an important avenue to receive information about what is going on at College, and across the University. It is also a time to provide feedback back through your RA of any concerns you may have for Accommodation Services to address.
On-Call RA
The role of the On-Call RA is to assist outside of office hours with any help residents may need. This can include things such as lock outs, incidents or noise complaints.

Friday - Monday: 6pm (Friday evening) - 8am (Monday Morning)
